摘　　要：目的分析冠状动脉CT血管成像联合动态心电图运用在冠心病心肌缺血中的诊断医学价值。方法择取2017年4月至2018年9月疑似冠心病心肌缺血患者156例为研究对象,选用不同检查方式进行诊断,CCTA组采用冠脉CT血管成像诊断方法,DCG组采用动态心电图检测,联合组采用冠脉CT血管成像与动态心电图检测,将核心肌灌注显像(MPI)的检查结果作为标准,比较不同医学诊断方法的准确性。结果联合组诊断准确率明显高于CCTA组、DCG组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合诊断的特异度、准确值及阳性预测值均高于单独诊断。结论冠心病心肌缺血诊断中冠状动脉CT血管成像联合动态心电图的诊断效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the diagnostic medical value of coronary CT angiography combined with dynamic electrocardiogram in myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Methods 156 cases of suspected coronary heart disease with myocardial ischemia between April 2017 and September 2018 were selected as subjects.Different examination methods were used for diagnosis.CCTA group was diagnosed by coronary CT angiography and DCG group was detected by dynamic electrocardiogram.The combined group used coronary CT angiography and dynamic electrocardiogram detection,and the results of core muscle perfusion imaging(MPI)were used as criteria to compare the accuracy of different medical diagnostic methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the CCTA group and the DCG group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity,accuracy,and positive predictive value of combined diagnosis were higher than those diagnosed alone.Conclusion Coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease has a significant diagnostic effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
