高校教师党支部党建工作与业务工作深度融合的现实路径探析

摘　　要：当前,高校教师党支部的成员基本上均为一线教师,所以在"重业务轻党建"方面的问题尤为突出。这既与时代变迁有关,更与党支部成员的思想认识和现有的党建工作方式等有关。为此,要改变这种局面,我们需要从思想认识、制度建设、工作方式、专业课堂等各方面综合入手,以推动党建与业务在现实工作中的深度融合。At present, the fact that the members of the Teachers’ Party branches in universities are basically front-line teachers makes the problem of "valuing business and neglecting Party building" particularly prominent. This phenomenon is not only related to the changes of the times, but also to the Party branch members’ ideological understanding and the existing methods of Party building work. In order to change this situation, we should start from the aspects of ideological understanding, system construction, working methods, professional classrooms, etc., so as to promote the deep integration of Party building and business work in the practical work.
