摘　　要：宿舍管理是高校大学生管理工作的重要组成部分,也是管理难点之一。本文以宝鸡文理学院宿舍管理为例,在深入分析高校学生宿舍管理中存在问题的基础上,提出加强高校学生宿舍管理"一体两翼三位四平台"的四维模式,完善宿舍管理体制。Dormitory management is an important part of the management of college students, and it is also one of the management difficulties.This paper takes the dormitory management of Baoji University of Arts and Sciences as an example. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the management of college student dormitory, proposes to strengthen the four-dimensional model of "one body two wings three aspects four platforms" to improve the dormitory management system.
