摘  要:激光传感器是壁板厚度自动测量系统中非常关键的部分,其是否能稳定工作,直接影响着壁板厚度的检测精度、检测效率和检测的可靠性。本文通过对激光传感器在行进过程中所产生的振动进行记录和分析,掌握运动速率与数据稳定性之间规律,以数据采集的稳定性及精度为判断标准,选取最佳速率参数,在提高自动检测效率的同时兼顾了壁板厚度测量的精度。Laser sensor is a key part of the automatic panel thickness measurement system. Whether it can work steadily or not directly affects the accuracy, efficiency and reliability of the panel thickness measurement. By recording and analyzing the vibration produced by the laser sensor in the course of moving, this paper grasps the law between the movement rate and the stability of data. Taking the stability and accuracy of data acquisition as the criterion of judgment, the optimum speed parameter is selected, which improves the efficiency of automatic detection and the accuracy of panel thickness measurement.
