摘　　要：提高特殊教育质量就要进行教学改革,其中聋人高等教育教学改革不容忽视。本文在"互联网+"的时代背景下,提出在聋人高等教育领域进行基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式探索,阐述了在聋人高等教育中实施翻转课堂的积极作用及一般过程,并对聋人高等教育中的微课设计提出建议。To improve the quality of special education, it is necessary to carry out teaching reform. Under the background of "Internet+", this paper proposes to explore the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-course in the field of deaf higher education, expounds the positive role and general process of implementing flipped classroom in deaf higher education, and puts forward suggestions on the design of micro-course in deaf higher education.
