摘  要:某车型后门外板冲压件调试过程中"棱线"存在滑移线的质量缺陷,根据奥迪特评审规则,其在冲压件、白车身及整车中均为B类缺陷,严重影响轿车的外观质量。对滑移线缺陷进行分析可知,通过使用AutoForm软件来调整冲压方向、局部拉延筋、板料形状,以及调整和优化工艺补充等,可以在不改变材料利用率的前提下消除该缺陷,该方法得到实际验证,达到提升轿车外观质量的目的,为其他轿车车型相似问题的解决提供参考方向。There is a slip line quality defect in the edge line of the stamping part for the rear door outer panel of a certain vehicle model during debugging. According to Audit’s evaluation rules, the defects in the stamping parts, the body in white and the whole vehicle are all belong to class B defects, which seriously affects the appearance quality of the car. The analysis of slip line defects shows that the defects can be eliminated without changing the material utilization rate, by using AutoForm software to adjust the stamping direction, local draw-bead and sheet shape, as well as to adjust and optimize the process supplement.The method has been verified in practice, achieving the purpose of improving the appearance quality of cars and providing a reference direction for solving similar problems of other car models.
