摘  要:本文基于DeST软件和冷水机组全工况性能曲线,采用逐时能耗模拟方法,对主机分别为定频螺杆式冷水机组和永磁同步变频螺杆式冷水机组的地铁站制冷机房进行全年能耗模拟。结果表明,主机为永磁同步变频离心机的制冷机房系统综合能效比(EER)达到6.1,相对于主机为定频螺杆式冷水机组的制冷机房系统节能率为27.5%。相同工况下,主机为永磁同步变频螺杆式冷水机组的制冷机房节能优势明显。Based on the De ST software and full working condition performance curves of chillers, the hourly energy consumption simulation is conducted for a cooling station with fixed-frequency screw chillers and the permanent-magnet synchronous variable-frequency screw chillers, respectively in a subway station. The results showed that the system integrated energy efficiency ratio(EER) of the cooling station with permanent-magnet synchronous variable-frequency screw chillers is reached 6.1, and the system energy saving is reached 27.5% compared with the cooling station with fixed-frequency screw chillers. Therefore, energy-saving advantages of the cooling station with the permanent-magnet synchronous variable-frequency screw chillers is more obvious under the same working conditions.
