摘 要:以球团生产线中的链篦机-回转窑系统焙烧为研究背景,针对链篦机篦床料层厚度不均匀导致的产品质量下降、篦板烧损、链-回-环系统热平衡等问题进行研究,通过对链-回-环三机运动过程分析,建立了三机速度与生球量匹配关系,解决了料层不均匀分布的问题;根据环冷机机速变化及链篦机预热II段温度变化,调整各风机风量,增减焦煤量,保持链-回-环系统热平衡,完成回转窑焙烧自动控制过程。Based on the research background of grate kiln system roasting in pellet production line, this paper studies the problems of product quality decline, grate plate burning loss and heat balance of grate loop system caused by uneven thickness of grate bed.Through analysis of the movement process of grate loop system, the matching relationship between the speed of grate loop system and the production of pellets was established to solve the problem of uneven distribution of grate bed. According to the speed variation of the annular cooler and the temperature change of the preheating section II of the grate, the air volume of each fan was adjusted and the coking coal quantity was increased or decreased,to maintain the heat balance of the chain return ring system and complete the automatic control process of the rotary kiln roasting.
