实施逸曜系统干预临床使用质子泵抑制剂的研究

摘　　要：目的依托逸曜系统管控,采取事前干预加临床药师事后分析评估来规范本院质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)的临床使用,达到临床合理使用PPIs,提高医疗质量。方法回顾性分析本院2016年1月至2019年2月使用过PPIs的病例资料712例,其中2016年1月至2018年6月为逸曜系统干预前,共400例,设为对照组;2018年10至2019年2月为逸曜系统干预后,共312例,设为观察组。通过医院信息管理系统采集数据,对比逸曜系统干预前后,PPIs的临床用药不合理情况,并进行用药合理性分析。结果观察组治疗用药占比明显高于对照组(61.22%vs.31.00%),预防用药占比明显低于对照组(38.78%vs.69.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PPIs临床用药不合理率明显低于对照组(22.44%vs.55.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托逸曜系统管控,规范本院PPIs的临床使用,降低本院PPIs不合理用药使用率,减少患者不良反应发生率,减轻患者的经济负担,提高用药安全。Objective Relying on the control system of Yiyi system,taking pre-intervention and clinical pharmacist analysis and evaluation afterwards to standardize the clinical use of proton pump inhibitors(hereinafter referred to as PPIs)in our hospital,to achieve reasonable clinical use of PPIs and improve medical quality.Methods A retrospective analysis of 712 cases of PPIs used in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were conducted,from January 2016 to June 2018,before the Yiyi system intervention,a total of 400 cases,set as control group.After the intervention of Yiyi system from October 2018 to February 2019,a total of 312 cases were set as observation group,and data were collected through hospital information management system.Before and after the intervention of Yiyi system,the clinical use of PPIs was unreasonable and carried out.Rationality analysis of medication.Results The proportion of therapeutic drugs in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.22%vs.31.00%).The proportion of preventive drugs was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.78%vs.69.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The unreasonable rate of clinical use of PPIs in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.44%vs.55.75%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relying on the control system of Yiyi system,standardize the clinical use of PPIs in our hospital,reduce the irrational use rate of PPIs in our hospital,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in our hospital,reduce the economic burden of patients,and improve the safety of medication.
