摘　　要：目的研究叙事护理对未婚人流患者的焦虑情绪的影响。方法将2015年1月至2017年12月在我科接受人流术的120名未婚患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加叙事护理。结果出院时观察组SAS评分显著低于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论叙事护理用于未婚人流患者,有助于改善患者焦虑状况,同时提高患者满意度。Objective To study the effect of narrative nursing on anxiety of unmarried abortion patients.Methods 120 unmarried patients undergoing abortion in our department from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,while the observation group added narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.Results The SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the patients'satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing for unmarried abortion patients is helpful to improve anxiety and satisfaction of patients.
