抚触护理结合综合护理干预在早期新生儿黄疸中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抚触护理并综合护理对早期新生儿黄疸护理中的应用价值。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月我院收诊的60例黄疸新生儿,随机分作两组,对照组行常规护理,研究组行抚触护理结合综合护理,观察新生儿第一次排胎便时间以及每日黄便排泄情况,通过监测两组胆红素含量观察疗效。结果研究组新生儿第一次排胎便时间明显提前,且每日黄便排泄次数相对更多(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抚触护理配合综合护理能在治疗早期新生儿黄疸中显著提高疗效。Objective To explore the application value of touch nursing and comprehensive nursing in early neonatal jaundice nursing.Methods 60 cases of jaundiced newborns admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received touch nursing combined with comprehensive nursing.The first defecation time and daily excretion of jaundiced newborns were observed.The curative effect was observed by monitoring the bilirubin content of the two groups.Results The first defecation time of newborns in the study group was significantly earlier than that in the control group,and the number of daily yellow stool excretion was relatively higher(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Touch nursing combined with comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the curative effect in the treatment of early neonatal jaundice.
