以人为本的外训《工程力学》课程教学改革初探

摘　　要：根据新的人才培养方案的要求,首次将《工程力学》课程纳入外训课程体系。针对外训学员的特点,进行了以人为本的教学改革初步探索。改革围绕在教学形式、教材、教学方法和考核办法等方面。特别是,在外训课程《工程力学》课程的不同授课环节和内容中尝试问题式教学法、研讨式教学法和案例式教学法,旨在全面提升教学效果。According to the requirements of the new talent training program, engineering mechanics is incorporated into the curriculum system of the foreign training in the military academy for the first time. According to the characteristics of foreign military cadets, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the teaching reform based on people-centered. The reform centers on teaching forms, teaching materials, teaching methods and assessment methods. In particular, in different teaching links and contents of engineering mechanics, the question-based teaching method, seminar teaching method and case-based teaching method are tried to improve the teaching effect comprehensively.
