摘  要:目的了解大学生的性健康相关知识、行为和态度的状况,以便有效地开展性教育工作。方法采用随机抽样的方法,随机选取山东省4所本科高校大学生作为调查对象,共获取721份有效调查问卷进行统计学分析。结果大学生对性行为相关知识掌握较好。医学院校知识问答题的正答率高于其他3所学校,知识得分高于其他院校(F=22.354,P<0.01),其中男生知识得分高于女生(t=2.41,P<0.05),但女性在行为和态度上更为积极;医学专业学生知识得分高于非医学专业(t=5.93,P<0.01);知识、态度和行为得分之间均呈正相关关系。结论知识能够促进态度和行为的改变。学校、社会和家庭应该增强性健康教育。Objective To understand the status of knowledge,behavior and attitude of sexual health of university students to develop sexual health education in university students.Methods Random sampling method was used,and university students from 4 universities in Shandong Province were investigated.A total of 721 valid questionnaires were obtained.The collected data were analyzed.Results The positive rate is higher than the other three schools,knowledge score of students from medical universities was higher than that from other universities(F=22.354,P<0.01).Although knowledge score of male students was higher than that of female students(t=2.41,P<0.05),the practice and attitude of female was more active.Scores of students of medical major were higher than that of non-medical major students(t=5.93,P<0.01).There was positive correlation among scores of knowledge,practice and attitude.Conclusion Since knowledge can make attitude and behavior change,sexual health education should be strengthened in schools,society andfamily.
