穴位艾灸在结节性甲状腺肿射频消融围手术期的护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医穴位艾灸在结节性甲状腺肿射频消融围手术期护理中的应用。方法选取我科收治的140例行射频消融治疗的结节性甲状腺肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组均实施结节性甲状腺肿射频消融围手术常规护理,研究组则增加应用穴位艾灸,比较两组护理效果。结果两组术后结节无微循环灌注区范围与术前结节体积大小基本一致,组间手术前后两组数据比较差异不显著(P>0.05);两组术后即刻NRS评分差异不大(P>0.05);术后1h、24h,两组患者NRS评分均明显减小,其中研究组患者NRS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿射频消融围手术期护理中应用中医穴位艾灸,有助于提高疼痛缓解效果,促进康复。Objective To study the application of acupuncture point moxibustion in perioperative nursing care of nodular goiter by radiofrequency ablation.Methods 140 patients with nodular goiter who underwent radiofrequency ablation in our department were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing of radiofrequency ablation for nodular goiter,while patients in study group were given routine nursing.The nursing effects were compared with moxibustion at acupoints.Results There was no signi ficant difference in NRS score between the two groups immediately after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 hour and 24 hours after operation(P>0.05).The NRS scores of the study group were signi ficantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation of goiter perioperative nursing application of Chinese medicine acupoint moxibustion,help to improve pain relief effect,promote rehabilitation,worthy of promotion.
