粤港澳大湾区背景下广东法学教育面临的挑战与对策——基于对基本法及港澳法教育重大需求下的探讨

摘　　要：广东作为粤港澳大湾区建设的重要参与者,有必要改革创新法学教育,以符合国家战略要求和与时俱进的教育模式,为大湾区建设输送优秀的法律人才。目前,广东整体的法学教育面临巨大挑战,如同质性法学教育模式消解广东特色、从事基本法及港澳法教学与研究的师资队伍缺口大以及传统跨境法律人才培养模式不接地气等,不能适应大湾区对基本法及港澳法教育的重大需求。因此,广东高校可通过创新差异化法学教育模式彰显广东特色、扩充基本法及港澳法教学与研究的师资队伍以及鼓励法科学生到港澳实地调研等路径完善广东跨境法律人才培养模式,从而在大湾区平台上提升广东法学实力与影响力。As an important participant in the construction of the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area,it is necessary for Guangdong to reform and innovate legal education to meet the national strategic requirements and progressive education mode,and to provide excellent legal personnel for the construction of Greater Bay Area.At present,the overall legal education in Guangdong is facing enormous challenges.For example,homogeneous law education models dispels Guangdong's characteristics,the big shortage of teachers engaging in the teaching and research of Basic Law of Hong Kong and Macao and law of Hong Kong and Macao,and the traditional cross-border legal talents training model is not down to earth,which is unable to meet the major needs of the Area for legal education in Basic Law of Hong Kong and Macao and law of Hong Kong and Macao.Therefore,universities in Guangdong can improve the training mode of crossborder legal talents by innovating the differentiated legal education models to highlight the characteristics of Guangdong,expanding the teaching and research teams of Basic Law of Hong Kong and Macao and law of Hong Kong and Macao,and encouraging law students to go to Hong Kong and Macao for field research,so as to enhance the strengths and influences of law in Guangdong on the platform of the Area.
