摘　　要：我国高等教育的招生计划资源配置以宏观指导下的协调实施为主要特征。在办学空间拓展、高校升格更名、"双一流"建设和社会追求偏好等影响下,伴随发展产生的招生计划资源配置这一新问题值得辩证思考。应以变革的理念进行探索,立足于与招生计划资源配置密切相关因素的调控,以结构性资源调整为途径,以加强国际教育资源为补充,并研究建立招生计划资源配置的反馈机制和绩效后评价机制,从而推进高等教育的发展,为实现新时代中国特色社会主义发展的奋斗目标提供有力支撑。The resource allocation of the enrollment plan of higher education enrollment resources allocation in China is mainly characterized by macro coordination.Some new issues is worthy of deserve dialectical thinking,such as school space expansion,the upgrading of colleges and universities renamed,the double world-class construction and the social value preferences.We should explore with the th concept of reformtransformation,base on the regulation closely related to allocation of resources of the enrollment plan regulate closely related factors based on enrollment resources allocation,take the adjustment of structural resources,and strengthen international education resources for the supply,study the establishment of the mechanism of feedback and post-performance evaluation about enrollment resources allocation.It will promote higher education development and provide strong support for the achievement the goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
