摘 要:为解决我国西部矿区顶板坚硬、强矿压条件下20 m以上特厚煤层开采缺乏成套技术与装备的难题,提出了特厚煤层大采高综放顶板控制技术和回采工艺,研制了ZFY18000/28/53D型两柱式超强力大采高放顶煤液压支架,基于支架位姿检测装置开发了特厚煤层自动化放煤控制系统,配套1 m大截深采煤机和大运量刮板输送机,形成千万吨级智能化综放工作面成套技术装备。在龙王沟煤矿18~28 m特厚煤层开展工业性试验,产量达到4万t/d,回收率达到88%以上,为西部矿区特厚煤层安全高效开采提供了有效解决方案。In order to solve the problem that the complete technology and equipment are not adapting to mine the coal seam thicker than 20 m in Western mining area of China,roof controlling and mining technology were put forward based on the hard roof and strong rock pressure conditions.Two-legs top coal caving hydraulic support ZFY18000/28/53D was developed,and the automatic control system for top coal caving was developed based on position monitoring device.The complete technology and equipment for 10 millions fully mechanized caving face was formed along with lm cutting depth shear and large-capacity scraper conveyor.The industry test was carried out in a 18~28 m thick coal seam of Longwanggou coal mine.The results show that the daily raw coal output gets to 40 thousand tons and recover rate is more than 88%.The research result provides an effective solutions for supper thick coal seam in Western mining area of China.
