摘  要:依据正向加压扩孔与反向回拉扩孔钻进工艺方法原理,建立顶板高位大直径定向钻孔扩孔钻 杆弯曲姿态几何模型;将钻杆弯曲与钻孔轨迹弯曲叠加,计算出2种扩孔钻进方法钻杆最大综合全角弯曲 强度分别为2°~2.5°/3 m、1°~1.5°/3 m;以此为基础建立钻杆公、母接头及装配体三维模型,通过 无缝接口导入ABAQUS有限元分析软件;依据扩孔钻进实际工况与钻杆综合弯曲强度计算结果,设置边界 条件,施加压力、拉力、弯矩与扭矩等外部载荷,开展有限元数值模拟分析;得出正向加压扩孔与反向回 拉扩孔工况条件下,造斜孔段与保直孔段钻杆公、母接头最大应力分布特征,对于顶板高位大直径定向 钻孔扩孔钻杆的合理使用具有指导意义。Based on the principle of forward pressure reaming and reverse pullback reaming, the geometric model of bending attitude of the reaming pipe for high position and large diameter directional drilling in coal roof was established. Equivalent superposition of drill pipe bending and drilling trajectory bending was used to calculate the maximum comprehensive full-angle bending strength of drill pipe for two reaming drilling methods, which are 2°~2.5°/3 m and 1°~1.5°/3 m respectively. On this basis, the three-dimensional model of drill pipe joint and assembly was established and imported into ABAQUS finite element analysis software through seamless interface. According to the actual working conditions of reaming drilling and the calculation results of comprehensive bending strength of drill pipe, the boundary conditions were set, and external loads such as pressure, tension, bending moment and torsion were applied to carry out the finite element numerical simulation analysis. The maximum stress distribution characteristics of male and female joint of drill pipe in oblique section and straight section were obtained under the conditions of forward pressure reaming and reverse pullback reaming. It has guiding significance for the rational use of reaming drill pipe for large diameter and high position directional drilling in roof.
