摘  要:以双列圆锥滚子轴承为研究对象,基于Romax分析外部载荷、弯矩载荷对双列圆锥滚子轴承接触特性的影响。分析结果表明:双列圆锥滚子轴承在外载荷的作用下,产生了一定角度的偏转变形,导致两列滚子与轴承内外圈滚道、挡边的接触载荷分布区域不同,且存在部分区域集中受载,部分区域却没有受载的偏载情况;受载较大的一列的滚子接触应力约为受载较小一侧接触应力的1.5倍,滚道的接触载荷要远远大于挡边的接触载荷。该研究为双列圆锥滚子轴承设计、承载能力提高、疲劳寿命的提高提供了理论依据。A double row tapered roller bearing has been regarded as the research object,the influences of external load and bending moment load on the contact characteristics of double row tapered roller bearing have been analyzed based on Romax.The analysis results show that a certain angle of deflection deformation for the double row tapered roller bearing is generating under the action of external load,resulting in the contact load distribution area of the two rows of rollers and bearing inner and outer ring raceways,ribs are different,there are some areas in the load is concentrated,and some areas are not loaded;the maximum contact stress of the roller is about 1.5 times of the minimum contact stress,and the contact load of the raceway is much larger than the rib.The research provides a theoretical basis for the design,the bearing capacity and fatigue life improved of double row tapered roller bearings.
