强化护理方案在脑肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的观察强化护理方案在脑肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年1月—2019年1月期间该院收治的脑肿瘤合并糖尿病患者80例,根据患者就诊先后顺序分成对照组与观察组,各40例,给予对照组常规护理,观察组给予强化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者护理治疗有效率、血糖水平及并发症发生率同对照组患者相关数据比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期采取强化护理方案,可有效提高临床治疗效果,使患者的血糖水平得到良好控制,减少并发症发生。Objective To observe the application effect of intensive care program in perioperative period of brain tumor patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain tumors and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of the patients.40 patients were given routine care and the observation group was given fortification nursing,comparing the effects of the two groups of care.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment,blood glucose level and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive care program for patients with brain tumors and diabetes can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the blood glucose level of patients and reduce complications.
