餐前不同时间间隔注射预混人胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平影响的多中心开放性对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时间注射精蛋白重组人胰岛素注射液(预混M30)对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、低血糖发生率的影响。方法对2017年1—12月入组的1437例2型糖尿病患者以自身为对照,第1天餐前30 min注射预混人胰岛素,第2天餐前15 min注射预混人胰岛素,第3天餐前5 min注射预混人胰岛素。比较患者3 d血糖控制情况和低血糖发生率。结果不同注射时间血糖控制、低血糖发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论预混人胰岛素对注射时间要求不严,餐前30 min内不同时间注射效果一致,有助于提高患者的依从性。Objective To investigate the effects of injection of protamine recombinant human insulin injection(premixed M30)at different time on blood glucose control and hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods A total of 1437 patients with type 2 diabetes from January to December 2017 were pre-mixed with insulin for 30 min before the first day,premixed with human insulin for 15 min before the second day,and premixed for 5 min before the third day of human insulin.The patient's three-day blood glucose control and hypoglycemia rate were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of blood glucose control and hypoglycemia between different injection times(P>0.05).Conclusion Premixed human insulin is not strict in the injection time,and the injection effect is consistent at different times within 30 minutes before the meal,which helps to improve patient compliance.
