摘 要:塑料激光焊接具有焊缝强度高、寿命长、热影响小等诸多优点,成为目前焊接领域的研究热点。利用半导体激光器对热塑性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)进行激光透射焊接,分别研究了吸收剂、治具对ABS的夹紧力、激光功率和焊接速度等工艺因素对焊接质量的影响。结果表明:ABS能否焊接,主要取决于吸收剂、治具对塑料的夹紧力;焊缝的拉伸强度主要取决于激光功率及焊接速度的组合是否优化,当激光功率为40 W、焊接速度为80 mm/s时,焊缝的拉伸强度达到最大值56 MPa。Plastic laser welding has many advantages,such as high weld strength,long life and small thermal effect,which has become a research hotspot in the field of welding.The laser transmission welding of thermoplastic acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer(ABS)was carried out by using a semiconductor laser.The effects of technological factors such as the absorbent and clamping force of fixture on ABS,laser power and welding speed on the welding quality were studied.The results show that whether ABS can be welded mainly depends on the absorbent and clamping force of fixture on ABS,the tensile strength of weld mainly depends on whether the combination of laser power and welding speed is optimized.When the laser power is 40 W and welding speed is 80 mm/s,the tensile strength of the weld reaches the maximum value of 56 MPa.
