摘  要:以蜡烛灯座为载体,介绍壁厚不均、外形侧凹产品的模具设计方法。根据产品特点,本模具采用斜导柱、瓣合式滑块侧抽芯机构的两板式模具。采用一模两腔,扇形侧浇口进料。扁顶针顶件,利用间隙排气。前、后模设计环绕式运水,滑块设计对称水路,后模镶件设计冷却水井,水路的合理布置避免了产品壁厚不均而出现塑件变形的问题。实践证明,此种模具结构运行可靠,保证了塑件质量和生产效率,可为同类结构特点的注塑模具设计提供参考。This paper takes the candle lamp holder as the carrier to introduce the mould design method of the product with uneven wall thickness and concave shape.According to the characteristics of the product,the mould adopts two-plate mould with oblique guide pillar and side core-pulling mechanism of flap type slider.A mould with two cavities and fan-shaped side gate feed is adopted.Flat thimble jack,exhaust by clearance.Front and rear mould design circumferential water transport,slider design symmetrical waterway,rear mould insert design cooling water well,reasonable layout of waterway avoids the problem of plastic parts deformation due to uneven product wall thickness.Practice has proved that this kind of mould structure runs reliably,guarantees the quality of plastic parts and production efficiency,and provides reference for injection mould design with similar structure characteristics.
