摘  要:为减小隔离双有源全桥DC/DC变换器在传统双重移相(DPS)调制下非重载区较大的回流功率和电流峰值,这里提出一种改进的DPS(NDPS)调制策略。NDPS调制相比于传统DPS调制在非重载区基本无回流功率,且在相同的传输功率下大大减小了电流峰值,进而提高了变换器的效率。这里重新定义了NDPS的两个移相自由度,建立了NDPS调制的传输功率、回流功率和电流应力数学模型,并对比分析了NDPS和DPS调制在同一传输功率下的回流功率和电流峰值。通过对比分析可知,NDPS调制有效减小了在非重载区的回流功率和电流峰值,进而有效提高了变换器运行效率。最后通过实验验证了该移相调制策略的有效性。To reduce the reactive power and current peak with the isolated dual active full-bridge DC/DC converter under conventional dual phase shift(DPS)at non-heavy load,a novel DPS(NDPS)modulation is proposed.Compared with traditional DPS modulation,NDPS modulation has no return power in the non-heavy load area and reduces the current peak greatly under the same transmission power,thus improving the efficiency of the converter.Firstly,two degrees of freedom of NDPS are redefined,on this basis,the mathematical model of transmission power,reactive power and current stress with NDPS modulation are established.Besides,the reactive power and current peak of NDPS and DPS under the same transmission power are compared and analyzed.By comparison and analysis,the reactive power and current peak at non-heavy load can be effectively reduced by NDPS modulation,and thus the system efficiency can be improved.At last,the experiments verify the excellent performance of the NDPS modulation strategy.
