摘 要:移相全桥DC/DC作为直接或间接变换器得到广泛应用,全软开关技术是变换器向高频化、高功率密度化、低噪音化发展的关键技术。全桥零电压零电流开关脉宽调制(FB-ZVZCS-PWM)技术,仅需在变换器次级增加由二极管和电容组成的谐振电路和高频变压器集成漏感,即可实现变换器超前臂ZVS开通和滞后臂ZCS关断,同时实现了整流桥二极管的电压箝位功能,次级无需增加主动控制器件。最后,通过Matlab理论分析和实物测试表明该技术可以显著减小变换器损耗和提高变换器效率。Phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC has been widely used as direct or indirect converter,full soft-switching technology is the key technology for converter development to high frequency,high power density and low noise.The full-bridge zero voltage and zero current switch pulse width modulation(FB-ZVZCS-PWM)technology can realize ZVS turning-on in the leading arm and ZCS turning-off in the lagging arm of the converter only by adding a resonant circuit composed of diodes and capacitors and integrated leakage inductance in the high-frequency transformer at the secondary side of the converter,at the same time,the voltage clamping function of rectifier bridge diode is achieved,there is no need to add active control devices to the secondary side.Finally,the theoretical analysis by Matlab and physical test show that the technology can significantly reduce the loss of the converter and improve the efficiency of the converter.
