摘  要:为预测车架的疲劳寿命,建立整车多体动力学模型,在基于实测道路载荷谱的基础上,采用了虚拟迭代技术,得到了车架各接口点的动态载荷。为解决耐久规范中越野路所引起的动态载荷仿真耗时的问题,采用时域损伤编辑法对载荷谱进行了缩减处理,缩减前后各通道损伤值及分布均保持一致,单个循环路面里程由3 km缩减至1. 6 km,加速了动态载荷仿真。通过采用Miner线性疲劳损伤法对车架进行了疲劳寿命分析预测,分析结果显示其寿命能够满足疲劳性能目标,并最终通过了实车试验场道路耐久的验证,表明分析结果与试验一致。In order to predict fatigue life of frame,the MBS model of full vehicle has been built,based on the road load data,by applying virtual iteration technique,the dynamic load of interface point of frame has been obtained.In order to solver the time-consuming problem of dynamic load simulation caused by off-road in durability procedure,the road has been reduced by applying time correlated fatigue analysis with damage editing method,the value and distribution of damage are same as the original one,the mileage of single loop has been reduced to 1.6 Km from original 3 Km,the dynamic load simulation has been accelerated.The fatigue life of frame has been predicted by applying Miner Counting Algorithm for Acuminated Fatigue Analysis,the analysis result has shown that the fatigue life can satisfy the target,and the vehicle has ultimately passed the durability validation of proving ground,which has shown that the analysis result is accorded with the test.
