摘 要:目的探析在高能量Pilon骨折患者中3D打印技术的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年3月—2018年2月该院接收的高能量Pilon骨折者74例为研究对象,根据数字随机法分设组别。给予对比组选择采取常规切开复位内固定疗法治疗,试验组则是先用3D打印技术打印实体骨折模型后再给予制定针对性手术治疗方案。观察分析二者组间的踝关节功能活动度评分、手术情况和骨折复位程度。结果治疗后,对比组踝关节功能活动评分为(80.1±8.3)分明显低于试验组(89.2±6.8)分(t=5.159);对比组的术中出血量多于试验组,而手术时间、骨折愈合时间均明显长于试验组(t=18.919、17.138、8.323);对比组解剖复位率为54.05%,明显低于试验组的91.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.430,P<0.05)。结论对高能量Pilon骨折患者行3D打印技术辅助治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果,加快患者骨折愈合,踝关节功能改善,降低手术不适感,骨折解剖复位率提升。Objective To investigate the application effect of 3D printing technology in patients with high energy Pilon fracture.Methods convenient select a total of 74 patients with high-energy Pilon fractures received from the hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation therapy,and the experimental group was firstly printed with a solid fracture model using 3D printing technology.The ankle joint functional activity score,the operation status and the degree of fracture reduction were observed and analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the functional activity score of the ankle joint in the control group was(80.1±8.3)points,which was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(89.2±6.8)points(t=5.159).The intraoperative blood loss in the comparison group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the operation time,fracture healing time was significantly longer than that of the experimental group(t=18.919,17.138,8.323).The anatomical reduction rate of the control group was 54.05%,which was significantly lower than that of the test group(91.89%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.430,P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technique is helpful for patients with high-energy Pilon fractures,which can achieve better therapeutic effect,accelerate fracture healing,improve ankle function,reduce surgical discomfort,and improve the rate of fracture anatomy.
