大隐静脉结扎联合泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨大隐静脉曲张应用大隐静脉结扎联合泡沫硬化剂治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2015年6月—2019年1月该院收治的100例大隐静脉曲张患者病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同将所有患者分为两组,各50例。对照组行大隐静脉结扎术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以泡沫硬化剂治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及临床治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量及术后并发症发生率较低,手术时间、住院时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为88.00%(44/50),高于对照组的70.00%(35/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.883,P=0.027)。结论将大隐静脉结扎术与泡沫硬化剂联合用于大隐静脉曲张患者治疗中可有效缩短手术时间、术后下床活动时间等,且能够进一步减少术后并发症的发生,临床疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of saphenous vein ligation combined with foam sclerotherapy for saphenous vein varices.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of patients with saphenous varices admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to January 2019,according to different treatment methods,divided all patients into 2 groups,50 cases each.The control group was treated with saphenous vein ligation.The observation group was treated with foam sclerosing agent on the basis of the control group.The surgical related indexes,complications and clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were lower in the observation group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 88.00%(44/50),which was higher than 70.00%(35/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.883,P=0.027).Conclusion The combination of saphenous vein ligation and foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of patients with saphenous vein varices can effectively shorten the operation time and the time of going to bed after surgery,and can further reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
