银杏叶片与银杏酮酯分散片治疗冠心病心绞痛临床比较

摘　　要：目的分析银杏叶片与银杏酮酯分散片治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果。方法方便选择该院自2016年6月—2017年6月诊治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予银杏叶治疗,观察组给予银杏酮酯分散片,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.0%明显高于对照组72.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.037,P<0.05);观察组发作频率(0.29±0.05)次/d、发作持续时间(3.21±0.32)min/次、硝酸甘油消耗量(0.49±0.02)片/d优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.436、10.356、9.336,P<0.05);观察组HDC-L(1.23±0.38)mmol/L、LDC-L(3.52±0.27)mmol/L、TC(6.19±0.18)mmol/L、TG(1.65±0.26)mmol/L显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯分散片、银杏叶片均可在一定程度上改善冠心病心绞痛,使发作频率减少、持续时间变短等,但前者疗效更佳。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Ginkgo biloba leaves and Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient randomLy divided into two groups:control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Ginkgo biloba treatment.The observation group was given a ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablet,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.037,P<0.05).The frequency of observation in the observation group(0.29±0.05)times/d,duration of attack(3.21±0.32)min/times,the nitroglycerin consumption(0.49±0.02)tablets/d was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.436,10.356,9.336,P<0.05);the observation group HDC-L(1.23±0.38)mmol/L,LDC-L(13.52±0.27)mmol/L,TC(6.19±0.18)mmol/L,and TG(1.65±0.26)mmol/L were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets and ginkgo leaves can improve the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease to a certain extent,so that the frequency of seizures is reduced and the duration is shortened,but the former is more effective.
