摘　　要：目的观察针刀结合定点旋转复位法治疗颈心综合征的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院门诊2016年9月—2017年9月确诊的80例颈心综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例;观察组采用针刀结合定点旋转复位法治疗;对照组单纯采用定点旋转复位法治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组临床痊愈22例,显效11例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%;对照组临床痊愈14例,显效13例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%,经过2个疗程治疗后,两组病例临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.630,P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论针刀结合定点旋转复位法治疗颈心综合征临床疗效优于单纯定点旋转复位法治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with fixed-point rotary reduction in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with cervical heart syndrome diagnosed in the hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were convenienty selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with needle knife combined with fixed point rotation reduction method;The control group was treated with a fixed-point rotary reduction method.Observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results In the observation group,22 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.50%.In the control group,14 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(χ2=4.630,P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of needle-knife combined with fixed-point rotary reduction in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome is better than that of fixed-point rotary reduction.
