分析人性化整体护理在手术室护理中的运用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析人性化整体护理在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法方便选取该院2017年4月—2018年6月所收治的90例行手术治疗的患者,将采用人性化整体护理前的45例患者作为对照组;采用人性化整体护理后的45例患者作为研究组;对比两组患者的护理前后SAS评分与SDS评分;同时对比两组患者对于护理工作的满意度。结果护理前,两组患者在SAS评分与SDS评分中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者SAS评分与SDS评分分别为(23.42±4.64)分与(31.21±5.02)分:对照组患者SAS评分与SDS评分分别为(30.12±5.03)分与(38.65±5.77)分;护理后,研究组患者SAS评分与SDS评分显著优于对照组(t=7.644,P=0.000<0.05;t=7.475,P=0.000<0.05);且在护理满意度评分中,研究组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(χ2=4.050,P=0.044<0.05)。结论人性化整体护理干预在手术室护理中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To observe the application value of humanized holistic nursing in operating room nursing.Methods From April 2017 to June 2018,90 cases of surgical treatment in the hospital were selected,45 patients before humanized holistic nursing were convenient used as control group,45 patients after humanized holistic nursing were used as study group,45 patients after humanized holistic nursing were used as study group,and 45 patients after humanized holistic nursing were used as study group.The scores of SAS and SDS before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of nursing work was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between SAS score and SDS score in the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(23.42±4.64)points and(31.21±5.02)points,respectively;the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were(30.12±5.03)points and(38.65±5.77)points,Therefore,after nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(t=7.644,P=0.000<0.05;t=7.475,P=0.000<0.05);Among the satisfaction scores,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.050,P=0.044<0.05).Conclusion Humanized holistic nursing intervention has a good clinical effect in operating room nursing,which can effectively improve the patient's bad mood and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
