循证护理干预对慢阻肺患者呼吸功能训练的依从性和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察循证护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸功能训练和生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2017年2月—2018年12月在该院呼吸科住院并接受呼吸功能训练的60例COPD患者,按照随机对照原则分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予循证护理干预。对2组患者的呼吸训练依从性、肺功能和生活质量的改善情况等进行比对。结果治疗后,实验组30例患者的呼吸功能训练依从率(97.67%)高于对照组(76.60%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.936,P=0.003),实验组30例患者的生活质量评分(78.3±6.8)分高于对照组数据,差异有统计学意义(t=10.300,P=0.548)、实验组30例患者的肺功能FEV1/FVC(67.82±4.85)%、FEV1(60.72±5.05)%高于对照组数据,差异有统计学意义(t=24.830、17.830,P<0.05)。结论对于COPD患者,给以循证护理,能提升患者呼吸训练的依从性,还能改善其肺功能,提高生活质量,具有较好的临床疗效,该护理模式值得在临床上推广运用。Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on respiratory function training and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty COPD patients hospitalized in respiratory department of the hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 and trained in respiratory function were convenient selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.Respiratory training compliance,pulmonary function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the compliance rate of respiratory function training(97.67%)was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(76.60%)(χ2=11.936,P=0.003).The quality of life scores of the 30 patients in the experimental group(78.3±6.8)points were higher than those in the control group(t=10.300,P=0.548).The lung function FEV1/FVC(67.82±4.85)%and FEV1(60.72±5.05)%in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=24.830,17.830,P<0.05).Conclusion For COPD patients,evidence-based nursing can improve their compliance with respiratory training,improve their lung function and quality of life.It has good clinical efficacy.This nursing model is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
