摘 要:目的观察毛果算盘子水提物(GEH)对小鼠急性毒性及抗炎、镇痛的作用。方法以最大给药量对小鼠急性毒性实验,观察小鼠体征,14 d后处死小鼠并观察主要器官是否有病变;以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、1%角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀,观察GEH的抗炎作用;以热板致小鼠疼痛法和0.7%冰乙酸致小鼠扭体反应,观察GEH的镇痛作用。结果在急性毒性实验中无小鼠死亡,解剖后经肉眼观察未发现病变器官;高、中剂量GEH(12.1、7.5 g·kg^-1)对二甲苯所引起的小鼠耳肿胀均有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别为27.99%、44.97%;高、中、低剂量(12.1、7.5、4.7 g·kg^-1)GEH对冰乙酸所引起的小鼠毛血管通透性均有显著的抑制作用;高、中剂量GEH对1%角叉菜胶所引起小鼠足肿胀均有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别为26.30%、35.18%;高、中、低剂量GEH对冰乙酸引起的疼痛有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别为36.77%、43.87%、40.00%;高剂量GEH在30、60、90 min时可显著延长小鼠热疼痛的痛阈值。结论GEH对小鼠无明显急性中毒作用,具有一定抗炎和镇痛作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects of the aqueous extracts from Glochidion eriocarpum Champ.(GEH)in mice.METHODS GEH intragastric administration was adopted for mice at the maximum dosage to observe their general state.Then mice were killed and their major organs were removed to detect whether the main organs had lesions after the 14th day.Mouse models of xylene-induced ear swelling,acetic acid induced abdominal capillary permeability and 1%carrageenan-induced hind paw edema were used to evaluate anti-inflammatory activity.Experiment of mice hot plate method was performed and 0.7%acetic acid-induced writhing was conducted to observe analgesic of GEH.RESULTS In the acute toxicological test,there were no mice died and no diseased organs were detected by the naked eye.12.1 g·kg^-1 and 7.5 g·kg^-1GEH could significantly inhibit induced ear swollen,and the inhibition rates were 27.99%and 44.97%,respectively.12.1 g·kg^-1,7.5 g·kg^-1 and 4.7 g·kg^-1 GEH could obviously inhibit the increasing of acetic acid-induced peritoneal permeability in mice.12.1 g·kg^-1 and 7.5 g·kg^-1GEH could significantly inhibit induced foot swollen by 1%carrageenan,and the inhibition rates were 26.30%and 35.18%,respectively.12.1 g·kg^-1,7.5 g·kg^-1 and 4.7 g·kg^-1 GEH could significantly inhibit induced pain by acetic acid,and the inhibition rates were 36.77%,43.87%and 40.00%,respectively.12.1 g·kg^-1 GEH could significantly increase the pain threshold at 30 min,60 min and 90 min of mice.CONCLUSION GEH has no significantly acute toxicity and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
