摘　　要：随着互联网金融的迅速崛起,互联网融资租赁行业逐渐发展起来,在发展过程中不断面临新的机遇与挑战。充分了解行业发展趋势,掌握主要问题及革新优势,对企业尤其是中小企业的发展具有重要意义。采用SWOT分析法,对互联网融资租赁业的优势、劣势、机会以及挑战进行探讨,其中优势包括运行模式多样化、资金来源多元化、融资成本降低;劣势包括法律监管不严、信用风险升级、行业人才短缺;机遇包括政府支持、大数据的运用;挑战包括人员行业技术与业务能力要求过高、法律制度矛盾。With the rapid rise of Internet finance,the connected financial leasing industry has gradually developed.In the process of development,it is constantly facing new opportunities and challenges. Fully understand the trend of the industry,grasp the main problems and innovation advantages,the enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises has substantial significance. The article uses SWOT analysis to discuss the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the Internet finance leasing industry. Among them,the advantages include the advantages of operation mode,source of funds and financing;Weaknesses include lax legal oversight,increased credit risk,and shortage of industry talent;Opportunities include government support,the use of big data,challenges including high requirements for technology and business capabilities in the industry,and conflicting legal systems.
