研究复方甘草酸苷联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏对寻常型银屑病患者PASI评分及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复方甘草酸苷联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏对寻常型银屑病患者银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分及复发率的影响。方法 128例寻常型银屑病患者,按照随机抽签方式分为对照组和联合组,各64例。对照组患者采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、疾病复发情况及治疗前后PASI评分。结果联合组患者总有效率92.2%明显高于对照组的79.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前和治疗后1周,两组患者PASI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6周,联合组患者PASI评分分别为(6.0±1.4)、(3.6±1.4)分,均低于对照组的(7.8±1.7)、(5.1±1.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率和疾病复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对寻常型银屑病患者应用复方甘草酸苷联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗可取得显著效果,有助于降低PASI评分,疾病复发率较低,且用药安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment on psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score and recurrence rate in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 128 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group and combination group by lottery method, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment, and the combination group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, disease recurrence and PASI score before and after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate 92.2% in the combination group was obviously higher than 79.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment and after 1 week of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in PASI score between the two groups(P>0.05). After 3 and 6 weeks of treatment, the PASI score were(6.0±1.4) and(3.6±1.4) points in the combination group, which was lower than(7.8±1.7) and(5.1±1.6) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment shows remarkable effect on patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and it helps reduce PASI score with low disease recurrence rate and high drug safety.
