摘  要:对于矩阵窄缝通道,基于丝网测量技术,通过改进传感器探头结构,设计了一种新型的非侵入式空泡份额测量传感器。设计气水两相实验,使用该传感器以及高速相机同时对矩形窄缝通道进行测量,通过数据的对比,验证了该传感器的可行性。此外,开发了适用于该传感器的后处理程序。基于高速相机测量结果,对后处理程序中的相关算法进行比对,结果表明,Lanczos算法和Canny算法与高速相机拍摄结果更加接近,更适用于本文所提出传感器的数据处理。Based on the wire-mesh sensor technology, a novel non-invasive sensor for narrow channel void fraction measurement has been developed, by changing the structure of the wire-mesh sensor(WMS). Through two-phase experiment, the feasibility of this sensor has been verified by compared with high speed camera. In addition, a corresponding post-processor has been developed. To improve the accuracy of the post-processor, based on high speed camera, we evaluate the algorithms used by post-processor. As a result, lanczos interpolation algorithm and Canny edge extraction algorithm were finally selected.
