摘　　要：分析合成氨装置冷凝液冷却器进口管泄漏的原因,介绍带压堵漏技术盒式夹具的设计、制作、安装。采用带压堵漏技术对泄漏管道进行在线处理,保证装置长周期运行,为同类故障隐患的处理提供有力借鉴。The reasons of leakage happened on the inlet pipe of condensate cooler of synthetic ammonia plant were studied. The cartridge type clamp used in leakage plugging under pressure and its design, production and installation were described. The on-line leakage treatment method was applied to guarantee the long term operation of the plant. This method will be of the reference for similar cases.
