摘　　要：介绍尿素装置往复式甲铵泵运行及离心泵改进情况,总结利用闲置离心泵经两次技术改进以解决往复泵存在的安全环保和离心泵能力问题。两次改进后离心泵组运行良好,达到整改安全、提升产能双目标,完全满足了装置高负荷生产的需要。The operation of ammonium carbamate pump and the modification of centrifugal pump in urea plant were described. The idle centrifugal pump was utilized after technical innovation to solve the problems of safety and environmental protection existed in reciprocating pump, and the problem of centrifugal pump capacity. After twice modification, the centrifugal pump ran smoothly, and achieved the target both on safety and capacity, and could meet the requirement of full load production.
