摘  要:简述变换工艺冷凝液的氨回收现状,对汽提法氨回收技术进行调研,对比变换工艺冷凝液同炼厂酸性水的差异和特点,指出单塔加压侧线抽氨汽提法和双塔加压汽提法应用于变换工艺冷凝液的技术瓶颈,并提出预浓缩双塔加压汽提方案。The present condition of ammonia recovery from CO shift condensate was briefly introduced.A survey was conducted on ammonia recovery by stripping technologies. Comparing CO shift condensate with acidic water from refinery on the their differences and characteristics, we pointed out the technical bottlenecks of pressurized single column side stream ammonia extraction stripping method and pressurized double column stripping method both applied in CO shift condensate. A plan of pressurized pre-concentration and double column stripping was presented.
