摘  要:随着能源价格的不断上涨,欧技第三代高压法中所采用的三聚氰胺净化工艺能耗高的缺点更加突出,影响该工艺的经济指标。通过对现有工艺进行优化,利用Chemcad软件对优化方案进行计算,验证优化方案的可行性和经济性。Along with the rise of energy price, the disadvantage of high energy consumption in melamine purification process by utilizing the third generation high pressure method was sharply prominent,which brings negative effect on the economic index of this process. An optimization plan was taken and its feasibility and economic efficiency were verified by calculation with Chemcad software.
