摘　　要：合成气压缩机组控制系统采用505调速器,经过20年连续运行,系统硬件进入故障高发期,2016年升级为MICRONET TMR三冗余系统。通过升级与优化消除了故障隐患,扩展了系统功能,提升了控制水平。The application of 505 governor in synthesis gas compressor unit control system had lasted for 20 years, the hardware of control system had a very high failure rate. In the year of 2016, we had upgraded the system to MICRONET TMR system. After upgrade, the malfunctions were eliminated, the function of the system was extended, and the control level was enhanced.
