摘 要:激光弯曲成形技术是一种新的材料成形方法,该技术利用材料热胀冷缩特征实现材料的柔性成形。本文分析了镁合金板材激光弯曲成形加工参数与镁合金板材几何尺寸对成形的影响,并分析了激光扫描路径对镁合金板材料硬度分布的影响。结果表明:在扫描次数较少时,弯曲角度和扫描次数具有良好的线性特征;随着激光功率密度或合金板材宽度增加,合金板弯曲角度增大。在激光功率与扫描速度一定时,合金板厚度增加,弯曲角度变小。Laser bending is a new material forming method,which utilizes the characteristics of thermal expansion and cold contraction to realize the flexible forming of materials.The effects of laser bending processing parameters and geometric dimensions of magnesium alloy sheet on the forming process were analyzed.And the influence of laser scanning path on the hardness distribution of magnesium alloy sheet was analyzed.The results show that when the scanning times are small,the bending angle and the scanning times have good linear characteristics.With the increase of laser power density or the width of alloy sheet,the bending angle of the alloy sheet increases.When the laser power and scanning speed are constant,the bending angle of the alloy sheet becomes smaller with the increase of the thickness of the alloy sheet.
