摘  要:对采用4种不同焊接方法的X70管线钢焊接接头的热影响区进行了低温CTOD试验,并结合断口形貌和金相组织对断裂韧性进行了分析。结果表明,采用熔化极气体保护焊+双面多丝埋弧焊的焊接接头CTOD值最高,CTOD值的分布符合韦布尔分布规律,断裂韧性较好;其组织以针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体为主。Low-temperature CTOD tests of welded joints of X70 pipeline steel welded by four different welding methods were carried out and the fracture toughness were analyzed by combining the fracture morphology and metallographic structure.The results indicate that the welded joint using gas metal arc welding(GMAW)+submerged arc welding(SAW)method exhibits the highest CTOD value,and the distribution of CTOD values conforms to Weibull distribution law well.The fracture toughness is better.And its microstructure is mainly acicular ferrite and granular bainite.
