摘  要:主轴承座是船用柴油机上的关键件,质量要求严格。本文采用ProCAST软件对铸造工艺进行了数值仿真,预测了缺陷的位置,分析了缺陷产生原因,并根据模拟结果优化了铸造工艺。使用改进工艺实现了铸件的顺序凝固,消除了缩松缺陷,保证了铸件质量。The main bearing support is the key part of the marine diesel engine,and the quality requirement is strict.The numerical simulation was made by ProCAST software.The location of the defects was forecasted.The cause of defects was analyzed and the casting process was optimized according to the simulation results.The sequential solidification of castings is realized by using the improved process,the defects such as shrinkage porosity are eliminated,and the quality of castings is guaranteed.
