摘 要:主要研究了车身覆盖件中常见的5052铝合金和6082铝合金薄板的冲压性能。通过拉伸试验研究了沿不同轧制方向取样材料的应力-应变曲线,分析了两种材料拉伸断口的微观形貌。对两种铝合金薄板的塑性变形能力和拉伸性能进行了比较。试验研究了两种材料在相同工艺参数下的拉深性能。经过比较,研究发现5052铝合金的拉深性能要优于6082铝合金的拉深性能。The stamping properties of 5052 aluminum alloy and 6082 aluminum alloy sheets commooly used in body panels were studied.The stress-strain curves of materials sampled in different rolling directions were studied by tensile test.The microstructure of tensile fracture of the two kinds of materials was analyzed.The plastic deformation and tensile properties of the two aluminum alloy sheets were compared.The drawing properties of the two kinds of materials under the same process parameters were studied experimentally.Through comparison,it is found that the drawing property of 5052 aluminum alloy is better than that of 6082 aluminum alloy.
