摘  要:对7 mm厚BFe10-1-1合金板开展了脉冲等离子弧焊接工艺试验,对焊接接头进行了微观组织观察和力学性能测试。结果表明,采用优化脉冲等离子弧焊工艺可不开坡口实现7 mm厚BFe10-1-1合金板的单面焊双面成形。焊接接头组织无明显缺陷,焊缝为晶粒尺度分布不均匀的枝晶状α组织。接头抗拉强度满足相关标准,弯曲性能良好。BFe10-1-1合金等离子弧焊接技术具有良好的应用前景。The pulse plasma arc welding experiments of 7 mm thick BFe10-1-1 plate were conducted.The microstructure of the welded joint was observed and mechanical properties of the welded joint were tested.The results show that one side welding both sides formation of 7 mm thick BFe10-1-1 alloy plate without bevel preparation can be successfully obtained by using the optimized pulse plasma arc welding process.No obvious defect can be found in the welded joint.The weld microstructure consists of dendriticαwith uneven grain size distribution.The tensile strength of welded joint can meet relevant standards and the bending performance is good.Plasma arc welding technology of BFe10-1-1-alloy has a promising future.
