摘 要:为了获取SF6气体绝缘介质在不同程度负极性直流局部放电(partial discharge,PD)作用下的分解特性,并据此建立直流SF6气体绝缘设备(gas-insulated equipment,GIE)内部PD故障状态评估方法。论文以直流GIE中最为常见的金属突出物绝缘缺陷为例,研究了缺陷从起始放电发展至临近击穿整个过程的PD特性,提取出能够表征PD发展阶段的7个特征参数,并运用模糊C均值聚类算法将PD故障状态划分为轻微PD、中等PD和严重PD 3个等级;然后,在这3种PD状态下进行了大量的SF6分解实验,获取了不同PD状态下的SF6分解特性。研究结果表明:SF6组分体积分数比值c(CF4)/c(CO2)、c(SO2)/c(SOF2)和c(SO2F2)/c(SOF2+SO2)与PD故障状态之间均存在紧密的关联关系;最后,运用模糊综合评价理论建立了基于SF6组分体积分数比值的PD故障状态评估模型。论文的研究工作可为将来利用SF6分解特性对直流GIE进行绝缘状态综合评估和故障诊断奠定基础。To obtain the decomposition characteristic of SF6 gas-insulated medium under different negative DC partial discharge(PD)degrees,and to put forward a method for evaluating PD fault state of SF6 gas-insulated equipment(GIE),we studied the PD characteristics of the process from the initial discharge to the near-breakdown after taking the most common metal protrusion insulation defect in DC-GIE as an example,and extracted seven characteristic parameters that could characterize the PD development stage.The fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm was used to classify the PD fault state into three levels,which were slight PD,medium PD and severe PD.Then,a large number of SF6 decomposition experiments were performed under these three PD states,and SF6 decomposition characteristics under different PD states were obtained.The results show that there is a close relationship between SF6 component content ratios c(CF4)/c(CO2)、c(SO2)/c(SOF2),c(SO2F2)/c(SOF2+SO2)and the PD fault state.Finally,based on these three content ratios,the PD fault state assessment model is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.The research work lays a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation and fault diagnosis of DC-GIE using SF6 decomposition characteristic.
