摘 要:为了探索高频正弦电应力对高频电力变压器用气-固绝缘局部放电特性的影响,搭建了高频局部放电实验平台。利用该平台在高频正弦电应力下进行局部放电测试,获得了不同电压幅值下的局部放电谱图、放电幅值、放电次数和绝缘寿命。通过分析其变化规律,结果表明:高频正弦电应力下,绝缘寿命与电压幅值呈现负指数关系;不同寿命阶段,单周波平均放电次数基本不变,约等于整个寿命周期的平均放电次数;同时放电幅值在不同寿命阶段里也没有明显变化;放电次数二维相位分布呈“锥”状,且锥顶的相位随着电压幅值的升高向左移动;高频电应力下气-固绝缘在不同损伤阶段的局部放电及持续时间差异性并不明显。In order to explore the influence of high frequency sinusoidal electrical stress on the partial discharge characteristics of gas-solid insulation for high frequency power transformers,a high-frequency partial discharge experiment platform is established in the laboratory.On this platform,the experiments of partial discharge are carried out under high frequency sinusoidal electrical stress.And the partial discharge spectrum,discharge amplitudes,discharge times and insulation life at different voltage amplitudes are obtained.The analysis results of the change rule show thatthe insulation life and voltage amplitude exhibit a negative exponential relationship under high frequency sinusoidal electrical stress.In different life stages,the average discharge times of single-cycle is basically unchanged,which is approximately equal to the average discharge times number of the entire life stage.Meanwhile,the discharge amplitude is not significantly changed in different life stages.Two-dimensional phase distribution of discharge times appears in a conical state,and cone top phase moves to the left as the voltage amplitude increases.There are no significant differences in partial discharge and duration of gas-solid insulation at different damage stages under high-frequency electrical stress.
