摘 要:经统计在台风侵袭下,风偏是导致输电线路跳闸的主要原因之一。台风侵袭下输电线路风偏跳闸风险评估对电力系统防灾减灾具有重要的参考意义。针对台风侵袭下输电线路风偏跳闸研究较少的现状,该文提出1种新的风偏跳闸风险评估方法。该方法首先应用蒙特卡洛法模拟台风风场,然后基于刚体直杆法和模糊数学法建立输电线路风偏跳闸概率计算模型,并给出风偏跳闸风险评估表用以评估台风侵袭下输电线路的风偏跳闸风险等级,供生产运维部门决策参考。最后以台风“天鸽”为例,对我国沿海某地区输电线路风偏跳闸概率进行仿真计算,将计算结果所得风险等级与实际情况进行对比。由对比结果可见,处于较高风险等级的杆塔单元在台风“天鸽”下均发生了风偏跳闸,处于较低风险等级的均未发生风偏跳闸,仿真结果与实际情况一致。研究结果验证了所提方法的有效性及合理性。According to statistics,under the attack of typhoon,windage yaw is one of the most important reasons for the tripping of transmission lines.The risk assessment of transmission line trip caused by windage yaw under the attack of typhoon is of important reference significance for power system disaster prevention and reduction.In view of the fact that there are few studies on transmission line trip caused by windage yaw under typhoon,we propose a new risk assessment method to solve this problem.Firstly,the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the typhoon wind field.Secondly,based on the rigid body straight bar method and fuzzy mathematics method,the calculation model of the windage yaw trip probability of the transmission line is established.Thirdly,an assessment table is given to evaluate the risk level of the transmission line trip caused by windage yaw under typhoon.The assessment table can provide references for the production and operation department when making decisions.Finally,by taking the typhoon“Hato”as an example,the simulation calculation of the windage yaw trip probability of transmission line in a certain coastal area of China is carried out.And the calculated risk levels are compared with the actual situation.The results show that the tower units at the higher risk level have tripping faults caused by windage yaw under the typhoon“Hato”,and those at a lower risk level have not experienced tripping faults.It is consistent with the actual situation.Thus,the validity and rationality of the proposed method can be verified.
