摘  要:为更好地应用重复脉冲(RSO)法进行发电机转子匝间绝缘诊断,对匝间短路故障下重复脉冲的响应特性、故障定位算法及严重程度分析展开研究。首先,基于改进矢量拟合算法,在确定绕组的梯形等效电路拓扑以及单位长度等效电路阶数后,采用电路仿真软件仿真重复脉冲在发电机转子绕组中的时域响应特性。随后,基于仿真模型,设置多种不同位置、不同严重程度的故障,采用多信号分类法(multiple signal classification,MUSIC)算法估计重复脉冲注入信号与特征曲线的起始位置,通过时间差以及脉冲传播速度定位故障源。最后,通过改变故障位置、匝间短路长度与参考端,研究了故障严重程度的变化趋势。研究结果表明:改进的矢量拟合算法具有运算效率高、现场使用方便的优点;应用MUSIC算法的定位误差不超过1.83%,能够满足现场检测要求;特征波形畸变面积能够用于表征故障严重程度且具有更高的可靠性。研究结果证明了所提方法的有效性。To better apply the recurrent surge oscillograph(RSO)method to diagnose the inter-turn insulation of generator rotor,we investigated the response characteristics of repetitive pulse,the fault location algorithm as well as the severity analysis of inter-turn short circuit fault.Firstly,the ladder equivalent circuit of generator rotor windings and its equivalent circuit number per unit length are determined by the improved vector fitting algorithm,then the time domain response of RSO signal propagating in generator rotor winding is simulated by circuit simulation software.Based on this simulation model,a multiple signal classification(MUSIC)algorithm is used to estimate the wave front of the RSO injected pulse and the characteristic waveform when the fault of various positions and severity are set,and the fault is located by the time difference and the propagation speed of the pulse.Finally,to study the change trend of the fault severity,the calculation is made by changing the position of fault,the length of inter-turn short circuit and the reference.The results show that the improved vector fitting algorithm has the advantages of high operational efficiency and easy application at the field.And the relative location error by using MUSIC algorithm is less than 1.83%,which can meet the requirements of field testing.The research findings also indicate that the feature waveform distortion area can be used to characterize the fault severity with higher reliability.The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
